Nuance also was number one in clinical documentation improvement (CDI) software among hospitals.
Optum360 took the top spot for outsourced coding, CAC, and CDI services; M*Modal was number one in transcription and document capture technology; Dolbey Fusion topped the list for medical speech recognition solutions; Avadyne took the top position for patient communication and financial satisfaction solutions; Qventus was number one in patient identification, tracking, and flow solutions; and Fujitsu topped the list for document imaging solutions.
