- The New York eHealth Collaborative (NYeC) is looking for industry input about a platform that enables patients to access and aggregate their electronic health information and supports secure messaging between patients and providers.
The collaborative administers the state’s public health information exchange known as the Statewide Health Information Network of New York (SHIN-NY).
In a request for information (RFI), the NYeC is asking vendors to respond if they have a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platform currently available for sale, use, and implementation and that currently accesses patient medical records.
